To ensure complete satisfaction, we provide a Check Before Payment facility so you
can verify the quality, freshness, and quantity of your kinnow order before making payment.

1. Availability of Check Before Payment

• This facility is available for deliveries within Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi.
• Customers may inspect the package at the time of delivery before handing over payment.
• The inspection must be completed in the presence of the delivery representative.

2. What You Can Check

During inspection, customers are allowed to verify:

• Correct product quantity and box weight
• Overall freshness and visible quality of kinnow
• Proper packaging condition and safety

Please note that only a reasonable visual inspection is permitted to maintain hygiene
and product safety.

3. Payment Procedure

• Payment is made after successful inspection and customer satisfaction.
• We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) for local orders.
• For bulk or commercial orders, partial or advance payment may be required.

4. Refusal at Delivery

You may refuse the order at delivery if:

• The product is damaged or spoiled
• The wrong quantity or item is delivered
• The quality is significantly below normal fresh standards

In such cases, no payment will be required, and the order will be returned with the rider.

5. Limitations of Inspection

• Excessive handling or opening of multiple boxes is not permitted.
• The delivery staff is responsible only for safe handover, not price negotiation.
• Once the order is accepted and payment is made, it will be treated as a successful delivery.

6. After-Payment Concerns

If any issue is noticed after payment, customers must contact us
within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos.
Our support team will review the case and provide a fair resolution or replacement
where applicable.

7. Bulk & Export Orders

• Check Before Payment does not apply to confirmed bulk or export shipments.
• Quality standards, grading, and packing details are finalized before dispatch.
• Payment terms for export orders are shared separately in the commercial agreement.
